- 1 pure thin silk cords 2mm (1/2 meter) - 1 pure thin silk cord 2mm (1 meter) - Scissor - Lighter - Adhesive tape - Flat pliers
• How to do it?
First, take the shortest silk cord and attach it to your table with some adhesive tape, if you don’t have tape, you can use a safety pin. After making sure that it will not move take the other silk cord and make a knot, at the top of the silk cord you attached to the table, in order to have the ends at the same level.
Then, the easiest move, make as many knots as possible you want to fill your bracelet. When you are satisfied by the length of your bracelet, cut the extra cord, and burn the two ends with a lighter, be careful, don’t touch it directly with your finger, you can use for example flat pliers.
To finish your bracelet, we are going to fasten it by using a simple method, take off the original silk cord off the table and grab the two ends of it. With one end, make a knot on the other and repeat the same process on with the other one. Make sure that the knot moves smoothly and that’s it, you have your unique and original silk cord bracelet.
Of course, you can use, for example, two different colours of silk cords or even add beads, the only limit is your imagination.
